Do I need an account?
Not to translate or to see the result. An account is needed only to download the finished file, and it keeps your documents available for a month.
Will my formatting survive?
Yes. Tables, columns, images and background colours are preserved, and the translated text is reflowed to fit the original design.
Which languages are supported?
Over 90, including Arabic, Hebrew, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Swahili and Zulu. Arabic and Hebrew are reshaped and set right to left. Numbers, dates and proper nouns are left untouched.
Does it work on scanned documents?
Yes. Scanned documents work like any other PDF: the text is translated and the original layout is rebuilt around it.
What happens to my file?
The file you upload is deleted as soon as the translation finishes. The translated document is kept for 30 days so you can download it again, then permanently deleted.
