The short version
We translate the document you upload and give it back. To do that, the text inside it is sent to our translation provider. Finished documents are kept for 30 days so you can download them again, then permanently deleted. We do not sell your data, and nothing you upload is used to train any model by us.
What we collect
Your document
The file you upload, its filename, its page count, and the language you chose. The finished translation is stored so you can download it again.
Your account
If you sign in with Google we receive and store your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile picture URL. We ask Google for nothing else — no access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Payments
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. We store only a payment reference, the amount and the number of pages credited.
Technical
Your IP address is used to apply rate limits and prevent abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.
How long we keep things
- Uploaded files — deleted as soon as translation finishes. They are never written to permanent storage.
- Translated documents — 30 days, then permanently deleted by an automated job.
- Account and payment records — kept while your account exists, and afterwards only where we are legally required to retain financial records.
- Sign-in sessions — 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email the address below and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your documents immediately; unused credits are forfeited.
